Want to attend?

Bring a short story or novel chapter to read aloud and we'll give you instant round-robin critiques. We are a friendly group which welcomes writers at all levels of experience.

We meet in the conference room in the Starbucks at the corner of Hurstbourne and Shelbyville.

What members are saying

It really helps your writing to sit and read it aloud to others, because you spot so many inconsistencies and errors, and things that need changing. ...

This is worthwhile for anyone who wants to try his hand at writing sci-fi or fantasy.

“I actually write comedy, which mixes well with just about anything. Two of the screenplays I've written are about androids that come to earth. The problem is, they've been given a sence of humor. Anyway, I'd like to associate with other writers.”

“I've dabbled in writing for years, and it seems I've always done my best work when I was part of a group with common interests. Hopefully, this will give me some incentive to finish my many incomplete projects.”
