The intention behind this meetup group is an experiment to see if social media can be used to promote ALL the Science Fiction, Fantasy and Sci-Fi meetings that take place in Sydney over a year. We represent all skill levels (novice to professional) and meet once a month, providing a support-base to share information and ideas. A group of writers living on the Central Coast, NSW. Meeting the second Tuesday night of every month at Ettalong Beach, NSW. Writing support, inspiration, motivation, workshops, critiquing. The group is open to all genres and all levels of writing. Once there are enough members we can then split into smaller focus groups. At present there are around 10 members. I am hoping that this meetup application will extend the arm a little further.
